Attorney at law

Michał Grabowski, Ph.D., attorney at law, has been providing  legal services since 1998. His professional experience includes working at the Government (Chancellery of Prime Ministers), polish and international law firms and business entities. 

Michal Grabowski studied Law at the University of Warsaw (1993-1998) and University of Bonn (Rheinische Friedrich-Wilhelms-Uniwersität Bonn , 1998-2000). He preformed his attorney’s apprenticeship at the Bar in Warsaw. He preformed his attorney’s apprenticeship at the Bar in Warsaw. He has a Ph.D. in law from the University of Warsaw.

He speaks Polish, English and German.

Michal Grabowski is the author of the first Commentary on the Polish Payment Services Act (C.H. BECK 2020, see ) and Monograph – Payment Instruments (2013, see ), and co-author of the Banking Law. Commentary edited by H. Gronkiewicz-Waltz. (2013, see ). The scope of advisory services  is mainly commercial and payment services law. The clients are banks, payment institutions, telecommunication operators and other legal entities bound to payment services and money laundering regulations.
